Customer service for this company has been extremely disappointing. I’ve called two days in a row and only reached a recording asking me to leave my name, number, and email. Despite doing so, I’ve received no call back. I also sent an email, but never got a response.
Additionally, my package included a note with a QR code promising a free gift for responding, yet I have not heard anything back regarding that either.
The product itself is great, but the lack of customer support does not reflect well on the company or stand behind the quality of what you sell.

The steam cleaner did operate as designed. I bought it to clean the bathroom . The places with minimal soul the steam cleaner was good however I am not satisfied with the cleaning of the grout in the shower space.I tried it on the floor which was good on the tiles but the grout showed no difference.I tried the steam cleaner on my fabric upholstered chair with moderate soil but the result was not noticeable.I used the the fine funnel tip, the brush, the plain water.
